From its beginning in 1998, Espiral MS has always assumed the compromise of offering high quality products and services to our customers. We are specialize in manufacturing software products and supply always specialize, stable and competitive services for our customers´ IT departments, with the aim of helping in their daily work. Espiral MS is a creative and flexible company, basing its whole value on its team, on quality demand, both individual and collective, definitely, on the excellence of our work.

Best practices and methodology:

• Year 2005: ITIL practices were adopted.  Customer Service Desk was organized following the best practices recommended by ITIL.
• Year 2006: our company was certified by ISO 9000 for the “Design and development of web applications for systems management. Technical assistance to users of the product.”
• Year 2007: Adoption of CMMI model. Having successfully passed the official model evaluation according to Software Enginiering Institute rules.
