Users portal

ProactivaNET® Service Desk has a web portal available for the network users to bring in their incidences directly, without the need of using the email or making a phone call.

Through the portal, network users can also follow their requests through their whole life cycle, as well as look up former requests reports. This greater accesibility avoids several unnecessary phone calls to the support team, increasing the perception of quality in the company IT service.

Other main functionalities for the users portal are:

  • Attach files and documents to the request of assistance
  • Access to public topics within the Knowledge Base, in order to make easy  the resolution by the users themselves.

Main functionalities for the support department:

  • Publish alerts and warnings address to users, including management of start and end dates of the requests.
  • Configuration of the welcome message and the logos
  • Include Users Portal within the company intranet.
  • Create links to other websites or external locations.
  • Automatically include the information about the thread of questions and answers with the user within the incidence.
